All great stories begin with an idea. Upon realizing several years ago that Rochester was missing out on the “cupcake craze” sweeping the nation, we decided to try to improve on the concept of “Grandma’s cupcake”.
We started with the cake, developing and perfecting recipes that would give us a moistness not often experienced. Next came the filling. We didn’t want to just fill some of our cupcakes, we wanted our customer to be able to bite into any cupcake and experience a taste explosion. And since our frosting was the final component in our three-layer creation, we wanted to introduce exciting flavors that would compliment and contrast the cake and filling.
So, after two years of recipe testing, we’ve come up with almost 50 cupcake flavors to satisfy the most finicky palette.
